Oksana Grigorieva Alleges Mel Gibson Was "Extremely Violent" With Her

Los Angeles, CA, USA (AP) - Mel Gibson is in hot water again. This time not for his previous high-profile issues such as alcohol abuse, nor anti-Semitic or homophobic comments. Instead, the 54-year-old actor is accused of domestic violence from former girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva.

According to TMZ, 40-years Grigorieva, the mother of 7-month-old daughter Lucia Gibson's, went to the Family Court in downtown LA for an emergency hearing and the judge told Gibson was "extremely violent."

The restraining Mel forbidden to have contact with Grigorieva, but was later changed when the lawyers of Gibson went back to court so he would be able to see their baby.

Gibson got his own restraining order against Oksana, but apparently only for it to prohibit the release of certain information.

TMZ reports that a source close to Oksana says the alleged violent incidents took place in January, but added, "There were other acts that were not physically after January, but still constitutes domestic violence."

Gibson is currently living in Malibu, while Grigorieva, living in a Sherman Oaks, California, owned by Gibson. He has recently recorded a new movie, "How I spent my summer vacation."
