Gay Pride Parade Chicago 2010 – Today is 41st Annual Chicago Pride Parade by gay community in Chicago. The Chicago Pride Parade, also colloquially (and formerly) called the Chicago Gay Pride Parade or PRIDE Chicago, is the annual gay pride parade held on the last Sunday of June in Chicago, Illinois in the United States. It is considered the culmination of the larger Gay Pride Month, as promulgated by the Chicago City Council and Mayor of Chicago.
The Pride Parade is scheduled each year for the last Sunday in June at 12 Noon. This year the Chicago 41st Annual Pride Parade is scheduled for Sunday, June 27 at noon. The parade route: Step off from the Halsted & Belmont corner, proceeding north on Halsted (to Broadway); then south on Broadway (to Diversey); then east on Diversey to Cannon Drive, in Lincoln Park.
Packets containing information concerning listing an event on the June Pride Month calendar; parade registration; the Pride Guide booklet; and barricades and portable restrooms are sent out every year during the first week of March to our mailing list. To be added to the mailing list to receive the packet in early March.
