Nova: Did the police search the complete Wone's computer, mobile phone records and e-mails? What are you doing? Wone has any relation to these three men, than indicated. He was secretly gay man? Maybe that's e-mail and mobile calls to the light. I feel like the police overlooked something here. I remember how the police bungled the Chandra Levy DC case? Looks like the same incompetence here.

Christopher Leibig: evidence at the trial, which seems to be accepted by the Court, explains why Wone was in the house. He planned to work late, and decided some time ago its plans to spend the night in DC. Its time that night was confirmed by witnesses.

Washington, DC: the prosecution failed to meet this standard in criminal proceedings, but it still is the fact that until the death of an unlawful civil suit filed against the trio Wone family. Please discuss how the standards for prosecution will be different in the civil phase, and specifically you think is evidence of force against the trio in this study should be enough to win the civil case?

Christopher Leibig: yes the civil standard for the unlawful death is a lesser standard than murder, but the defendants in this case was not charged with murder. Even if the evidence demonstrated by the civil standard, that defendants know more than they told police, or even lied to the police, it would prove that they are responsible for the death of Mr. Wone's. On the other hand, a process based largely on circumstantial evidence and the suspect has a much greater chance of success in the civil context. More importantly, the defendants have to testify or negative conclusion could be taken against them. (Unlike criminal proceedings)
