Five mid-level Adventist Church leaders re-appointed

Voice of the Seventh Day Adventist Church leadership to keep the five mid-level officials in its current position of Trustees business meeting June 29.
Meeting of delegates at the Georgia Dome Atlanta Adventist World Session also voted to keep the managers section eight.
Angel Manuel Rodriguez was re-elected to serve as director of the Adventist Church's Biblical Research Institute, a post he has held since 2002. He and four other mid-level church officers were appointed Tuesday, June 29, at the church's World Session. It will be the area of the General Secretariat to continue to:
Paul S.. Brantley, Director of the Office of Evaluation and effectiveness of programs. A former university professor, was headed by Brantley office since 2007.
Gary D. Krause, who has held the post since 2004. Krauss also serves as Director of the Office of Adventist Mission.
Angel Manuel Rodríguez, who was also minister the director of Research Institute of the Bible since 2002. Previously served in the Americas.
Charles Sandefur, who was president of ADRA since 2002 and also head of the former Soviet Union.
Brad Thorpe, who was secretary of the area since 2005. Director of channel hope, and former missionary in Europe, Africa and North America.
Names of the five recommended by the Nominating Committee, paid a single complaint in the microphone in the floor of the Dome of Georgia. Delegates from Europe and expressed disappointment that the candidates, "again", all of whom are men.
In response, the committee chairman, Robert Body, chaired by Kate, which has more than 200 members, meets in private, is to try to fill positions with women "wherever possible."

Eight Section Administration re-appointment to the posts are:
Heather Dawn Small, director of ministries for women since 2005. Previously worked as director of children ministries, and roles in the Ministry of Women in the Americas.
Jonathan Kuntaraf, director of Sabbath School and Personal Ministries since 2005. Kuntaraf previously served in the Division for Asia and the Pacific and former Assistant Director of the ministries of the church.
Linda Koh, director of Children's Ministries since 2003. The Director of the Division of Far East associate in the ministries of children, and also in the same capacity in the Division for Asia and the Pacific.
Dr. Alan Hanysides, director of the Ministries of Health since 1998. Hanysides served as the Director of Health and the Director of moderation in Europe, Africa, and hospital and medical services.
John Graz, director of public affairs and religious freedom since 1995. Fill in the last post of Director of the Euro-Africa Division of Communication.
Faigao Howard, Publishing Director since 2005. Faigao previously worked in the publishing industry in South-East Asia.
Erica Boni, director of supervision since 2005. Pune, formerly a professor at the Faculty of Avondale, also director of the supervision department before moving to Maryland to work in the General Conference.
Gary Councell, Director of Chaplaincy Ministries Seventh-day Adventist. Councell served 36 years as pastor of United States military at one time, while 11 continued the church.
