Protester Diane Wilson Disrupts Tony Hayward Testimony


CEO Tony Hayward, BP began his opening statement before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce today, a woman with what appeared to be lubricated oil on her hands and face disrupted the hearing, shouting, in part, "you should be charged with a crime. "

She was eventually restrained and escorted by the police while the capital to continue to shout that Hayward should be charged with a crime and go to jail.

The demonstrator was the same woman arrested during a Senate hearing last week - Diane Wilson, a Texas Shrimper and activist and co-founder of Code Pink for Peace.

At that hearing, Wilson dumping what appeared to be oil on themselves to protest to Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski's blocking a bill that would have lifted BP responsibility of the CAP.
